Before we start

The working details.

Can Vexera take on a complete manufacturing scope?

For suitable projects, Vexera can quote and deliver an agreed manufacturing scope, including component supply, PCB/PCBA, assembly, testing, QC, and delivery where specified. Manufacturing partners and acceptance requirements are agreed for the work.

Can we start with a paid DFM or prototype review?

Yes. A defined review can be scoped and quoted separately. The quotation states the review outputs and whether design changes, prototypes, specialist testing, or further review rounds are included.

Can we work with our existing engineers or suppliers?

Yes. We can agree a work package alongside your team, or scope QC and follow-up at an existing supplier. Access, interfaces, and responsibilities are agreed before work begins.

Who approves design and production changes?

Technical responsibilities, acceptance criteria, and decision owners are agreed for each project. Changes affecting specifications, cost, timing, or shipment release go to the agreed owner before implementation.

How are confidential files shared with project partners?

Agree confidentiality, ownership, file access, and third-party restrictions first. Share only the material the authorized project partners need. Start with a non-confidential overview; sensitive files follow through the agreed channel.

What quantities are a fit?

Prototypes, pilot builds, and ongoing production are assessed against the process, manufacturing capability, and commercial fit. There is no universal minimum.
