You can add local production support around an existing supplier. The first step is to agree what needs attention, what will be checked, and who can approve the next action.

Start with the current order

Tell us what is being produced, where the supplier is located, the expected batch volume, and the dates or quality concerns that need attention.

Agree what the inspection will use

Identify approved specifications, reference samples, acceptance criteria, and available records before booking work. Unclear requirements need a decision before they are interpreted on the factory floor.

Choose when support is needed

Support may be needed during production, before shipment, or across recurring orders. Agree inspection coverage, access to the supplier, test equipment, and reporting responsibilities.

Give each issue a next action

A useful issue record connects the observation, supporting evidence, responsible person, requested action, and next review date. Agree who can approve a deviation or release a shipment; a progress update is not shipment approval.

Bring a short description of your current production to the first conversation. We can discuss the local role needed without assuming you must change factories or begin a new development project.
