Before we begin

A few practical answers.

Can we place the manufacturing order with Vexera?

For suitable projects, yes. Vexera quotes and delivers an agreed scope using manufacturing partners selected for the work. Your quotation states what is supplied, how it is checked and who approves delivery.

Can we keep our existing manufacturer?

Yes. Inspection and supplier follow-up can be a separate assignment. We agree access, check methods, coverage and reporting before a visit.

What should we share first?

A non-confidential product overview, approximate quantity and target timing. For QC, add the supplier city and preferred inspection window. Detailed files can follow after confidentiality arrangements.

How are production changes handled?

Proposed substitutions or process changes are recorded for the appointed decision-maker. An inspection finding does not itself approve an engineering change or shipment release.
